Asher Jelinsky is a director and writer known for MILLER AND SON (2019). They won the gold medal Student Academy Award, the BAFTA Student Film Award, and the Cannes Lions Young Director Award. Asher will be presenting an awesome lecture on short filmmaking, as seen at the Big Apple Film Festival’s 2025 panel series and was a guest speaker at an original Screenwriting Sprint class!

Craig Williams is a film producer with Red Wall Productions with his long time collaborator and wife, Rosalyn Coleman Williams, from web-series to feature films, stamping their own brand of family values on each production.

Brianna Holt (WGAE Women’s Salon) is a multi-hyphenate actor, writer, director whose short film, HAPPY ENOUGH (A QUEER SHORT FILM), led her to option feature script, BLUEPRINT. On the eve of her move to Paris, the Screenwriting Sprint is delighted to have her as a mentor.

Sasha Stewart (WGAE Women’s Salon) is a television writer whose accolades include a Writers Guild Award as staff writer on DYING FOR SEX, and THE LARRY WILMORE SHOW. Alongside her dramedy writing, Sasha wrote for documentary on THE FIGHT FOR AMERICA and was deeply involved in organizing with the Writers Guild.

Oriana Schwindt (WGAE Women’s Salon) has taken the road less traveled like many of us and worked all over the industry. But after producing a couple of short films, including BRICKED, about a glitching AI assistant, Oriana and husband, Stephen, wrote and directed their first horror feature, SIGHT UNSEEN in 2025. Oriana is the fearless organizer of the Women’s Salon.

Like many writers, Alex Weir (WGAE Women’s Salon) started her film journey working behind the scenes on big productions like BATTLESHIP, THE AVENGERS, AND MISSION IMPOSSIBLE. But with higher aspirations, Alex wrote dramedy feature, NORTH OF NORMAL in 2022, then short film, COOL ME DOWN, coming out this year (2026).

Shukree Tilghman is a great American TV writer who has worked on shows like THIS IS US and ANIMAL KINGDOM. As well as being a phenomenal mentor, he is a super human being, which is why the greats ask him back again and again and he gets his own projects made. We can all learn a thing or two about the buiz from this gigantic writer.

Sabrina Dhawan‍ is best known for critically acclaimed feature screenplay, MONSOON WEDDING, directed by Mira Nair. The film premiered in the Marché du Film section of the 54th Cannes Film Festival and was nominated for various awards, including the Golden Globes.
